The French-Arabic translator called Patience Portefeux works for the drug squad in Paris. In this strenuous job she is usually overworked and, to make matters worse, underpaid. One day she gets involved in a failed drug deal and inherits a pile of cannabis. While she continues her job in the drug squad, she changes sides and becomes a well-known drug dealer.
