Julie is turning thirty and her life is a mess: overwhelmed by the many options open to her, she can't commit to anything professionally or privately, and her older boyfriend Aksel - a successful graphic novel author - is pushing to settle down. When Julie crashes a party one night, she meets the young and charming Eivind. It is not long before she breaks up with Aksel and, hoping for a fresh perspective on her life, throws herself into a new relationship.
